Delivery delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect address information, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and offer the customer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund when required by applicable law.
