Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed teeth whitening products cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This restriction applies subject to applicable law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, contact us through the Contact page on our website and include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and shipping package. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and cover the applicable return shipping cost or offer another appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after fulfillment has begun.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened, used, or unsealed personal care products
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage
• Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace

Products purchased through Amazon must be returned through the Amazon order where the purchase was made.

This return policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
