STEP 1 — DRY YOUR TEETH FIRST

Wash and thoroughly dry your hands. Use a clean tissue to gently blot the front surfaces of your teeth until completely dry. Excess moisture is the most common reason strips may slide or lift.

STEP 2 — POSITION THE STRIPS

With dry fingers, carefully peel each strip from its backing. Place the gel side against your teeth and align the straight edge close to the gumline without covering your gums.

STEP 3 — PRESS FIRMLY

Center the strip over your front teeth. Smooth it from the center outward and press firmly against each tooth for 2–3 seconds. Gently press the strip into the spaces between your teeth to remove wrinkles and air pockets. Fold the remaining part behind your teeth and press again.

STEP 4 — WEAR FOR 30–60 MINUTES

Keep your lips relaxed and minimize talking or moving the strips with your tongue. Do not eat or drink while wearing them. Leave the strips in place for 30–60 minutes, following the package directions. Do not exceed 60 minutes.

STEP 5 — IF A STRIP STARTS TO LIFT

Press the lifting area firmly back onto your teeth using clean, dry fingers. For your next treatment, dry your teeth more thoroughly and make sure every part of the strip is firmly pressed into place.

STEP 6 — REMOVE AND RINSE

After 30–60 minutes, slowly peel off both strips and discard them. Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining gel. Use one treatment per day. Discontinue use and consult your dentist if significant sensitivity or gum irritation occurs.
